We, Zettasecure GMBH, take data protection very seriously. Below we will inform you about your rights in this regard and why we process which of your personal data.

Personal data

We collect, process and use your personal data only with your consent, on basis of your order for the purposes agreed with you or if there is another legal basis in accordance with the GDPR; this in compliance with data protection and civil law provisions.

Only such personal data is collected that is required for the implementation and processing of our services or that you have voluntarily provided to us.

Personal data are all data that contain individual details about personal or factual circumstances, for example name, address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, age, gender, social security number, video recordings, photos, voice recordings of persons as well as biometric data such as fingerprints.

Purpose of Data Processing and Data Processed in the Context of the Order

In order to fulfill your order, e.g. the order of IT software, we process not only the main data (name, address, contact data, etc.) but also all data provided to us as well as data made known to us in the course of the order and collected, also by third parties, both in electronic and non-electronic form. As already stated, we only collect and process personal data that is contractually or legally required for the performance and processing of our services or that you have voluntarily provided to us.

Data processing in the context of website use

During the use of our website, i.e. if you do not use the contact form or otherwise transmit information to us (e.g. contact us directly via the website), we do not collect any personal data, with the exception of the data that your browser automatically transmits (so-called server log files, which are automatically transmitted by your browser to enable you to visit our website).

We process this data on the basis of a legitimate interest pursuant to Art 6 para 1 lit f) GDPR, namely to optimize this website in terms of user-friendliness and attractiveness of our website as well as to increase the security of our website and to be able to detect and track attacks on our website.


Cookies
We use "cookies" when operating our website to ensure the functionality of individual components of the website. These are small text files that are stored on your end device (e.g. PC, laptop, tablet, cell phone). Cookies serve to improve the user-friendliness of the website.

Contact Form
If you use the contact form provided on our website, we will process the data you provide in order to respond to your inquiry. The data collected in the context of website use will generally not be passed on to third parties, unless this is necessary in individual cases or you have consented to such transmission. Exceptions include transmissions to data processors. These are used for the creation, maintenance, and hosting of our website.


Privacy Policy – Wix
Our website is operated using the website builder system of Wix.com Ltd. The company is headquartered in Tel Aviv (Israel) and maintains international locations, including in Europe and North America. Wix provides a cloud-based platform on which websites can be designed, operated, and extended with additional functions. Depending on how the website is used, various personal and technical data may be processed.


Why do we use Wix? In order to offer our website in an attractive, functional, and user-friendly manner, we rely on the services of Wix. The system enables us to manage content efficiently and to integrate various add-on modules without significant technical effort. This allows us to continuously develop our online presence and make your visit more convenient.

What data is processed by Wix? a) Technical and anonymized data When you visit our website, various information is automatically collected, including:

  • Operating system

  • Device data

  • Screen resolution

  • Language settings

  • Internet provider

  • Time of access

  • Navigation and click behavior ("clickstream")

  • Anonymized analyses such as heatmaps

How long and where is the data stored? Wix operates servers at various locations worldwide, including, for example, in Israel, the USA, Ireland, Taiwan, or South Korea. The duration of storage depends on the respective purpose and may vary. Data is generally only retained for as long as it is required for the provision of the service.


How can I delete my data or prevent data storage? You have the right at any time to request information about your stored data or to request its deletion. You can contact Wix directly for this purpose: privacy@wix.com Cookies can be managed or disabled via your browser settings. The procedure depends on the respective browser.


Information and Deletion

As a data subject, you have the right at any time to obtain information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing, as well as the right to rectification, data portability, objection, restriction of processing, and blocking or deletion of incorrectly or unlawfully processed data. If your personal data changes, we kindly ask you to inform us accordingly. You have the right at any time to withdraw a given consent to the use of your personal data. Your request for information, deletion, rectification, objection, and/or data portability — in the latter case, provided this does not cause disproportionate effort — can be directed to the address listed in point 11 of this statement. If you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data by us violates applicable data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you have the option of lodging a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Austria, the Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde) is responsible for this.


Data Security
The protection of your personal data is ensured through appropriate organizational and technical measures. These measures relate in particular to protection against unauthorized, unlawful, or accidental access, processing, loss, use, and manipulation. Notwithstanding the efforts to maintain an always appropriately high standard of due diligence, it cannot be excluded that information you disclose to us via the internet may be viewed and used by other persons. Please note that we therefore accept no liability whatsoever for the disclosure of information due to errors in data transmission not caused by us and/or unauthorized access by third parties (e.g., hacking of an email account or phone, interception of faxes).


Use of Data

We will not process the data provided to us for purposes other than those covered by the contract concluded with you, your consent, or otherwise by a provision in accordance with the GDPR. Excluded from this is the use for statistical purposes, provided the data provided has been anonymized.


Transmission of Data to Third Parties

To fulfill your order, it may also be necessary to pass your data on to third parties (e.g., service providers we use and to whom we provide data). Your data will only be forwarded on the basis of the GDPR, in particular to fulfill your order or based on your prior consent. Some of the above-mentioned recipients of your personal data are located outside your country or process your personal data there. The level of data protection in other countries may not correspond to that of Austria. However, we only transmit your personal data to countries for which the EU Commission has decided that they have an adequate level of data protection. If this is not the case, we take measures to ensure that all recipients have an adequate level of data protection, for which we conclude standard contractual clauses (2010/87/EC and/or 2004/915/EC).


Notification of Data Breaches

We endeavor to ensure that data breaches are detected at an early stage and, if necessary, reported to you and/or the competent supervisory authority without delay (including information on the respective data categories affected).


Retention of Data

We will not retain data for longer than is necessary to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations and to defend against any potential liability claims. To defend against liability claims, we generally retain your personal data for up to 30 years. In cases where such claims are excluded in any event, the retention period is at least seven years. Unless instructed otherwise, all documents and data will be destroyed after the retention obligation has expired.
